Le gouvernement du Quebec ?

I though than I was in an another country, than the Canada, when I asked some document because i want get tout of the street ... Each time than i asked, or tooking care of a problems ? They created two other one .... I don't know what's happened with our agent who were suppose to worked for us .....?????
